Registration
Each participant and accompaying person must register using the online form available here. Every registered participant will gain access to a personal conference account that allows to submit abstracts and papers.

Conference fee
  ⚬   before May 15, 2017 – 280 EUR, inc. VAT,
  ⚬   after May 15, 2017 – 330 EUR, inc. VAT.

The registration fee covers entrance to the conference EAN 2017, publishing one paper in the conference proceedings, one copy of the conference proceedings, a CD with proceedings, refreshments, and invitation to gala dinner. The accommodation of participants is not included in the registration fee. No refunds can be made for cancellations but a participant substitute will be admitted.

Accompanying person fee
The fee for accompanying persons is 150 EUR. The fee covers refreshments, participation in accompanying events, and invitation to gala dinner. The accommodation of accompanying persons is not included in the fee.

Accommodation
Each participant and accompaying person is to arrange the accommodation individually. More information about accommodation can be found here.

In case of all payments, please use your registration number as the variable symbol. The bank fees for international payments are borne by the payer. Each participant will receive an invoice.

Competition
Competition of young research workers up to the age of 35 years will take place in the framework of the conference. A candidate must be the first author of the paper and present a paper at the conference. All candidates who want to be considered for award should check the registration form.

Locality
Nový Smokovec is located in the central part of the High Tatras and is directly connected to Starý Smokovec. It is a continuation of Stary Smokovec in the direction of Štrbské pleso. Nový Smokovec offers several restaurants, a store, cafés, a cinema, a bowling alley, a tavern, a ski rental, skiing school and other services. There are two Tatra Electric Railway stops in Nový Smokovec called Nový Smokovec and Sibír. Nový Smokovec is, as well as Starý Smokovec, a suitable starting point for trips to other Tatra locations such as Štrbské Pleso, Tatranská Lomnica, Ždiar etc.
